7.30am Hall opens for exhibitors – staging may commence
9am All exhibits must be in the hall exhibitors must leave the hall by 9 am
9.30am Judging commences
10:30am Outdoor stalls and activities open
12noon Opening Ceremony
Indoor exhibits open to the public
Companion Dog Show opens outside the Community Centre
3.30pm Presentation of Trophies, payment of prize money and removal of exhibits
(followed by) Sale of donated exhibits and Grand Draw (inside hall)
Please be on site promptly. All items left at owners risk
